A Personalized Sound Activation is an intuitive sound experience created specifically for you, guided by your intention and what is asking to shift, open, release, or come forward.
Using voice, sound, frequency, and intuitive energetic work, I enter the healing field and allow the sound to unfold from what I receive there.
Each recording is unique and up to five minutes long.
Your activation can support almost anything you’re moving through, from sleep, confidence, travel, and clearing a space to creativity, transitions, upcoming events, or simply what feels present right now.

2. I create your activation
I connect with your energetic field and create the sound experience intuitively, allowing voice, frequency, and energetic guidance to shape the recording.
3. Receive your recording
Your private Sound Activation will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days, ready to return to whenever you feel called.
There is nothing you need to do while listening.
You may rest, breathe, lie down, sit quietly, or simply receive.
